 Indexing plungers GN 607.1 with lock-out position are used for such applications where the plunger has to stay in its retracted position. To achieve this, the knob is rotated by 90° after being retracted. The head of the plunger body is provided with a suitable notch in opposite positions so as to prevent the plunger from accidentally slipping back into its forward position. Maximum heat resistance of nylon plastic hand knob: 110°C (230°F).
