Pin body: Steel, tempered, hardened
Type B: Cylindrical
Type C: Flattened

GN 6322 workholding pins are inserted into bores for positioning, with the ball-type shoulder facilitating the insertion into the bore.
The flattened design of Type C provides tolerance for the spacing of the two bores. Another application of this design is to fix parts to be positioned in one direction only.
