Protective cap: Neoprene, 85 shore hardness, black  
Tapped hex insert: Steel, zinc plated, blue passivated finish

GN 806 soft protective caps can be used with hex head cap screws DIN 933. This tapped insert version allows for expanded applications requiring, for example, extra long threaded pins.  
A typical application is their use in conjunction with toggle clamps as stopper bolts or clamping units.
