King pin: Stainless steel, European Standard No. 1.4021, tempered

Handle sleeve: Red plastic, oil resistant

GN 917 double cam levers are used for repositioning and clamping. The eccentric cam has the advantage that the clamping force remains constant in every position of movement. It is also self-locking.  
Dimension b2 is made to match the head size of eye bolts DIN 444 and eye nuts GN 444.2 respectively.  
Maximum heat resistance of plastic handle: 60°C (140°F).
