Shipping

On GN 160 hinges, the two pin halves that form the fulcrum are offset from each other by .5 mm, and therefore are eccentric. Because of this design, the position of the door can be altered or adjusted in relation to the door frame.
Maximum heat resistance of plastic: 80°C (175°F).
Various metric and inch size fasteners and kit packaging available upon request.

Construction and Mounting Information
Install the hinge part with an octagon shape to the door frame.
Insert the pin so that the reference mark on it lines up with the arrow on the hinge.
The eccentric pin has to be positioned over the octagon at eight points.
Depending on the position l1, changes by min. 27.5 to max. 28.5.
To align the door, the eccentric pin in the upper and lower hinge must be turned into the respective position.

Mounting of the upper door side hinge part is only possible after hanging the lower part first.
