GN 115.1 Mini-Locks have smaller dimensions than GN 115, and are ideal for small doors and flaps. Mini-locks are an economical choice. They offer a straight-forward locking action rather than a locking and clamping action.
The latch distance A of mini-locks is made to accommodate 8, 14 and 20 mm.
All locks are supplied unassembled.
Locks with key operation are supplied with two keys. Keys for triangular or square spindle must be ordered separately (see below).
Key can be removed from lock in both open and locked positions.
In the standard key lock versions, all locks have the same barrel and can be operated with the identical key.
Locks requiring different barrels and keys are available upon request.
For sheet metal punches for door locks, see GN 123.

Technical and Assembly Instructions

By turning the mini-lock, limited to max 90°, the latch is moved behind the frame. Thus the opening of the door or shutter is prevented.
The latch protrudes slightly towards the outside.
The sketch on the right shows the hole required through
which the lock is installed.
The mechanism is inserted through the hole from the front
and the hexagon nut can be mounted from the back.
