Punch and die: Steel, hardened (56-58 HRC)

GN 123 sheet metal punches allow the operator to easily punch mounting holes in sheet metal doors, for locks such as GN 115, GN 115.1 and GN 119.
These punches are ideally suited for punching holes into sheet metal up to 2 mm thickness.
GN 123.5 punches for stainless steel sheet available upon request.

Operation Hints

For drilling a pilot hole (d) we recommend using sticky tape marked with the center drilling and datum line.
Insert the pulling bolt with the punch and add the die, aligning the latter with the datum line and holding it in position with the hexagon nut; commence the punching operation.
