Hub: Black oxide steel, blank - no pilot hole, molded in
Revolving handle: Black Duroplast (phenolic) plastic hand piece, zinc-plated steel threaded spindle, EN 298  
Matte anodized aluminum ring (Elesa® original design)

No mounting hole in handwheel rim for handwheel without handle
Handle shipped loose; mounting of handle is required

 Both dimensions, inch and metric, are interchangeable
