 The solid design of the VB six lobed knob is an excellent
choice for food applications or any application where bac-
teria accumulation is unwanted.
Maximum heat resistance of phenolic plastic: 150°C (300°F).
For certain minimum quantity, VB knobs can also be
supplied with stainless steel inserts.
