ELESA original design Fluid sight glasses EN 541.5 have a high mechanical strength. Therefore, they are designed to be relatively thin.
These fluid sight glasses are fitted with a window creating a prismatic effect of a 'cat’s eye' to provide a clearer and unmistakable oil level reading irrespective of oil color or viscosity. The advantage of this effect becomes obvious in cases such as underfilling or overfilling and monitoring the situation under unfavorable conditions.
Fluid sight glasses EN 541.5 can also be used for tanks of water or water-glycol solutions (max. 50 %). Tests regarding maximum pressure are available.

For wall thicknesses below 0.16 in (4 mm), use thin hex nuts GN 7430.
