Product description

Tommy screws DIN 6304 are used for clamping and pressing. Combining them with thrust pads or base plates increases the contact surface and allows for angle compensation.

In place of DIN 6311 (type F), it is also possible to use a thrust pad GN 6311.1 or GN 6311.3. In this case, the tommy screw and thrust pad or foot plate must be ordered separately.

Assembly Instructions (Type F)

The thrust pad has to be held at an angle allowing the circlip to drop to the bottom of its groove with the split end downwards. The thrust point is then offered up to the split end of the circlip at the lowest possible angle and pressed home.
