Standard parts made of rustproof stainless steel have been designed for use in the food sector, in the chemical industry, for aggressive ambient conditions or for outdoor use.
Split shaft collars EN 707.5 have been designed for mounting in a radial direction on round cross-sections such as shafts or axles and are used as an end stop. They can easily be assembled via the clamping screw, whereby the surface is particularly protected by the plastic.
When used with stainless steel screws and nuts, the plastic elements of these shaft collars are particularly suitable for use in corrosive conditions.
Due to the material used, their mass inertia is very low.
