No thread is required for mounting the fluid sight glasses GN 537.
The fluid sight glass is inserted into the location hole d2 H11. By simply tightening the ring nut with the corresponding pin key (see table), the seal is pressed against the sealing surfaces which, at the same time, will hold the sight glass in position. For removal reverse the procedure.
The range of application is limited to unpressurized tanks or those with only slight over pressure.
