Product description

With cam action indexing plungers GN 722.1, the latch pin is withdrawn over the cam of the body by rotating the lever arm 180°. If the latch pin may need to be retracted periodically, the notch allows for safe positioning while the latch pin is held in the retracted position. The ST version is designed for applications in steel construction.

The dimensional tolerances between latch pin and body are selected so that the functional reliability is guaranteed even after welding, applying a corrosion protection layer, or in case of contamination.

The unassembled type AU is recommended to avoid changing the microstructure of the spring and plunger during the welding process. After welding, the indexing plunger is then assembled.
