Product description
Breather filters GN 882 are used when an air exchange is to be enabled between the container interior and the outside. A blue colored ring marks the filter function.
The stainless steel wire mesh prevents airborne particles above a certain size from entering the container interior from the outside and, at the same time, ensures that fluid particles do not escape to the outside.
The diagram above shows the air outlet as a function of the differential pressure. The recommended installation position is vertically upwards.
Assembly note:
For wall thicknesses below 4 mm, use thin hex nuts GN 7430.
